The following Cancellation and Refund Policies will govern all reservations made with High Country Adventures.

• Cabin reservations must be canceled 2 weeks (14 days) prior to reservation date to receive a refund, less a 10% (of the total reservation) transaction fee.

• Groups of 13 guests or more, must cancel 2 weeks (14 days) prior to reservation date to receive a refund, less a 10% (of the total trip) transaction fee.

• Groupon customers, may cancel (less 10% transaction fee) or move trip to another date 1 week (7 days) prior to reservation date.

• All others guests, must cancel 1 week {7 days } prior to trip to receive a refund, less 10% transaction fee.

Payment is Forfeited for not showing-up, or if you miss a trip.  No Refunds or vouchers  will be issued.
